THE MAJET ALT ART & CULTURE SHOW "COLO(U)RS"

Where: The Sendai Shimin Katsudo Support Center(SAPOSEN)

The ALT Art Show is an exchange event organized by ALTs (Assistant Language Teachers) to showcase their countries and cultures to the citizens of Sendai and Miyagi Prefecture.

Opening Gala
April 16(Friday) 6:30pm - 9:00pm
The Opening Gala will be held on the first night to showcase ALT’s countries and cultures!

Gallery Hours
April 17(Saturday) 10:00am - 9:00pm, April 18(Sunday) 10:00am - 4:00pm
Photos, pictures, drawings etc by ALTs will be on show.

Workshops Saturday and Sunday, 10:00am to 4:00pm, will also be filled with cultural and artistic workshops from our ALTs.

今年もやってきました、ＡＬＴアート文化交流会！ＡＬＴとは、小・中・高校に勤務する外国語指導助手のこと。宮城県内のＡＬＴが、出身国の文化や芸術をワークショップや展示を通して紹介する国際交流イベント、それがALTアート文化交流会です。

前夜祭：　4月16日（金）18：30～21：00
初日には、ALTによるパフォーマンスや、アート作品など。

展示ギャラリー：　4月17日（土）10：00～21：00 　　4月18日（日）10：00～16：00
写真、絵画、イラストなど、ALTによる個性的な作品の数々をご覧ください。

体験型ワークショップ
ALTアート文化交流会が誇るのは、なんといってもこの、ワークショップの豊富さです。英語ができなくても大丈夫！ALTがわかりやすく楽しく、文化やアートを紹介します。

S.I.F.Choir合唱音楽を通じて国際交流を図ることを主な活動目的としています。歌うことが好き、また歌ってみたい方を大歓迎いたします。

Sendai International Friendship Choir S. I. F. Choir welcomes you if you like to sing. We meet every Friday night 6:30-8:45 at a local community center (shimin center)in Sendai. We would like to enjoy music and international exchange together through rehearsals. We are planning to join musical events and have a concert in October. Previous music experience is not required.

【Membership Fee】
○Adults 3,500yen/month (Japanese and oversea)
○Japanese students 2,000yen/month
○Oversea students 1,000yen/month
(There may be additional costs for sheet music, event fees and uniform.)
○Member's age should be 18 or over. This choir is a mixed choir.
